الملخص
ملخص: لعبت المؤسسات التجارية خاصة بسواحل المغرب الأوسط دورا بارزا من حيث التنظيم و المساهمة في سير المعاملات التجارية على أحسن حال ،وفي ظروف ملائمة تساعد التجار المسيحيين على ممارسة نشاطهم وبشكل سلس خال من الخلافات مع توفير لهم الأمن وأماكن للمكوث فيها على حسب مدة إقامتهم،إضافة إلى تقديم التزامات و ضمانات تسمح لهم بممارسة ديانتهم وتمتعهم بحرية العبادة فمثلا قد رأينا وجود معاهدات من بينها دينية تنص على السماح بإقامة كنيسة ليتمكن المسحيين من أداء طقوسهم الدينية بحرية و بالمقابل لهذه التسهيلات نجد ضوابط وموانع من بينها منع سفن المسيحيين من الرسوٍ إلا في أماكن محددة وإذا اضطرت لا يكون إلا في حالة قصوى كالتزود بالمؤونة أو إصلاح السفن إن حدث مشكل بها. وللمؤسسات التجارية أشخاص يسهرون على إداراتها وبشكل حسن من فنادق وديوان البحر بالإضافة إلى وجود القنصل وهو من بين العاملين على ضبط الحركة داخل الفنادق واستقبال التجار الماكثين وضبط التعامل والحركة داخل الفندق ،كما تدفع رسوم جمركية خاصة بالسلع عند النزول بالموانئ يشرف عليها ديوان البحر بمراقبة السلع واخذ رسوم عليها والسماح بتخزينها حيت يتم عرضها بالأسواق بطريقة عادية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الفنادق ،الجمركة ،القناصل ، السفن ، المراسي ، العقود والمواثيق. Abstract: Commercial establishments, especially on the coasts of the Middle Maghrebplayed a prominentrole in terms of organizing and contributing to the smoothconduct of commercial transactions and in appropriate conditions that help Christian merchants to carry out theiractivities in a smooth and conflict-free manner. While providingthemwithsecurity and places to stay in according to the length of theirstay, in addition to providingcommitments and guaranteesthatallowthem to practice their religion and enjoyfreedom of worship. For example, we have seen the existence of treaties, includingreligiousones, thatprovide for allowing the establishment of achurchsothatChristianscanperformtheirreligiousritualsfreely. In contrast to thesefacilities, wefindcontrols and impediments, includingpreventing Christian shipsfromdockingexcept in specific places, and if they are forced, itisonly in an extreme case, such asprovidingsupplies or repairingships if a problemoccurs in them. Commercial establishments have people whoensuretheir good management, includinghotels and the SeaDiwan, in addition to the presence of the consul, whoisamongthoseworking to control movementinside the hotels, receivemerchantswho are staying, and control workers and movementinside the hotel.
