الملخص
إن المتمعن في التطورات الحاصلة في مجتمعاتنا الحديثة، إنما يكتشف أن نموها وتطوراها السريعين يعود بالدرجة الأولى إلى العلم والمعرفة، اللذان يمثلان أساس البناء الحضاري. فمشروع المجتمع المتطور ارتبط بالمشروع التربوي والتعليمي، خاصة لدى الدول المتقدمة الذي مزج بين مفهومي الاستهلاك والاستثمار في التربية كمدخل للاستثمار في رأس المال البشري الكفء القادر على رفع التحديات. من هذا المنطق جاء موضوع مقالنا هذا، الذي يؤكد من خلال عناصره على أن التعليم الناجح يتطلب الاعتماد على الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري كمصدر حقيقي للمعرفة والإنجاز. Abstract: The person who checks the evolutions that taking place in our modern societies will inevitably discover that their rapid growth and evolutionis mainly due to science and knowledge, which represent the basis of civilizational construction. Whereas, the developed society project was related to the educational project, especially in the advanced countries that combined the concepts of consumption and investment in education as an entry for investing in efficient human capital that is capable of overcoming challenges. Therefore, the theme of our article came to affirm through its elements that successful education entails counting on investment in human capital as a true source of knowledge and accomplishment.
