الملخص

جاءت هذه الدراسة كمحاولة لتطبيق إحدى الطرق وأدوات محاسبة التسيير الهامة والمستخدمة في المؤسسات الاستشفائية وهي طريقة الأقسام المتجانسة، على واقع إحدى المستشفيات الجزائرية بهدف توضيح كيفية حساب تكلفة الخدمة الصحية المقدمة من طرف المستشفى الجامعي محمد البشير بعين بسام ولاية البويرة، حيث تم تطبيق طريقة الأقسام المتجانسة على قسم العمليات، وخلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج متعددة أهمها: معلومة التكلفة التي تقدمها طريقة الأقسام المتجانسة عند قياسها لتكلفة الخدمات الصحية تساعد في مراقبة التسيير واتخاذ القرارات الملائمة، وتجدر الإشارة أيضا إلى ضرورة تبني أنظمة تكاليف متطورة تساعد على تحديد تكلفة الخدمات الصحية من جهة والرقابة على الموارد والإمكانات المتاحة من جهة أخرى ، لابد من تكوين فريق عمل في مجال التكاليف. الكلمات المفتاحية: الخدمة الصحية، طريقة الأقسام المتجانسة، قياس تكلفة الخدمة الصحية في المستشفى. رموز تصنيف jel:I10 ; M41; I180 Abstract: This study came as an attempt to apply one of the methods and important management accounting tools used in hospital institutions, which is the method of homogeneous departments, on the reality of an Algerian hospital, with the aim of clarifying how to calculate the cost of health service provided by the University Hospital Mohamed El-Bashir in Ain-Bassam, Bouira Province, where the method of homogeneous departments was applied On the operations department,, the study concluded with several results, the most important of which are: the cost information provided by the method of homogeneous departments when measuring the cost of health services helps in monitoring the management and making appropriate decisions, and it should also be noted the need to adopt advanced cost systems that help determine the cost Health services on the one hand, and control over the available resources and capabilities on the other hand, it is necessary to form a working group in the field of costs.
