الملخص

في ظلّ تدفق المعلومات ونموّ المعرفة ، والتّغير الذي طرأ على العالم نتيجة وباء كوفيد 19 ، الذي استدعى الغلق التّام للجامعات، والمُؤسّسات التعليميّة ، كان من الواجب البحث عن سبل للحد من انقطاع التّعليم وضمان سيرورته ؛فكان المنفذ الوحيد هو التّعليم عن بعد، كبديل للتّعليم التّقليدي يضمن مواصلة الدراسة ويتماشى مع التّقنيات الحديثة التي تُواكِب العصر الحديث. فأصبح من الواجب البحث عن طرق واستراتيجيات تعليميّة جديدة لمجابهة هذه التّحديات ، وكذا الاستفادة من الوسائط التكنولوجيّة الفعّالة ،ومن هذا المنطلق أصبح التّعليم عن بعد والتّعليم الالكتروني ؛ أحد الأركان الأساسية في العمليّة التّعليمية ، وجاءت الانترنت لتسهل هذا التّحول على المتعلّم ،مختصرة بذلك عنصر الزّمن والمكان لتربط قطبي العمليّة التّعليميّة عبر المحادثات التّفاعليّة . ومن هذا نطرح الإشكالية التالية: -ما هي التجارب التي انتهجتها جامعة "طاهري محمد ببشار " لتنفيذ وتجسيد التّعليم عن بعد ؟ ولقد اتبعنا في هاته الدراسة المنهج التّاريخي الاستقرائي ، كما قدمنا دراسة إحصائيّة شاملة حول التّعليم عن بعد في الجامعة مستخدمين " منصة مودل " moodle كمقياس لذلك، ومن النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة : -وجب على كلّ المعلّمين التّطوير من أنفسهم و مستوياتهم ،على أن توفّر لهم السّلطات المعنيّة جميع مستلزمات التّعليم الالكتروني. In light of the flood of information, the growth of knowledge, and the change in the world as a result of the Covid 19 epidemic, which necessitated the complete closure of universities and educational institutions, it was necessary to search for ways to reduce the interruption of education and ensure its progress; the only outlet was distance education, as an alternative to education. The traditional one ensures the continuation of the study and is in line with the modern technologies that keep pace with the modern era. It became necessary to search for new educational methods and strategies to confront these challenges, as well as to benefit from effective technological means. From this point of view, distance education and e-learning have become; One of the cornerstones of the educational process, and the Internet came to facilitate this transformation for the learner, thus shortening the element of time and space to link the two poles of the educational process through interactive conversations. - From this we raise the following problem: - What are the experiences that Taheri Muhammad University has adopted to implement and embody distance education? - In this study, I followed the inductive historical approach, and presented a comprehensive statistical study on distance education at the university, using the “moodle platform” as a measure. Among the results of the study: All teachers must develop themselves and their levels in all their specializations, provided that the relevant authorities provide them with all the requirements of e-learning.
