براغماتية العلاقات الجزائرية الأمريكية بعد الاستقلال

الملخص
مما لاشك فيه، أن عمق العلاقات الجزائرية الأمريكية، تضرب في عمق التاريخ منذ أن تسيدت الأساطيل الجزائرية حوض البحر الأبيض المتوسط، ولقد عرفت هذه العلاقات وضعا مميزا، إبان فترة الاستعمار من خلال المواقف المشرفة لعديد الشخصيات الأمريكية تجاه المسألة الجزائرية، والتي على رأسها نجد السيناتور والرئيس جورج كينيدي. بعد الاستقلال عرفت الجزائر زخما وإرثا ثوريا، أثر في طبيعتها مع الدول، ونظرا للسياسة الأمريكية الإمبريالية، كثيرا ما وجدت الجزائر نفسها في اصطدام مع واشنطن، رغم هذا نجحت براغماتية الدولتين في المضي قدما بهذه العلاقات خدمة للمصالح المشتركة، و هنا برز دور العديد من الشخصيات الجزائرية التي عملت على هيكلة طبيعة العلاقات رغم التناقضات الصارخة. Abstract: There is no doubt that the depth of the Algerian-American relations is deeply rooted in history since the Algerian fleets dominated the Mediterranean basin, and these relations have known a distinguished situation during the colonial period through the honorable positions of many American personalities towards the Algerian issue, on top of which we find the senator and the president George Kennedy. After independence, Algeria knew momentum and a revolutionary legacy that affected its nature with countries, and due to the imperialist American policy,Algeria often found itself in a collision with Washington, despite this, the pragmatism of the two countries succeeded in moving forward with these relations in the service of common interests, and here emerged The role of many Algerian personalities who worked to structure the nature of relations despite the stark contrasts.
