الملخص
ملخص: إن التطورات الحديثة الحاصلة في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال أدت إلى إحداث تغييرات في عمل مؤسسات الأرشيف، وتعد الأرشفة الإلكترونية مجالا رائدا حديثا أفرزته هذه التطورات، والتي تهدف إلى إدارة وتسيير المؤسسات الأرشيفية في ظل البيئة الإلكترونية، كما تتيح الحفاظ على المعلومات وضمان ديمومتها وسهولة الوصول إليها وإتاحتها على المدى الطويل، ومما يلاحظ اليوم أن وضع سياسات واستراتيجيات لتطبيق مشاريع الأرشفة الإلكترونية في الوطن العربي مازال يصتدم بالعديد من العقبات رغم وجود تجارب قطعت أشواطا كبيرة. في هذا المجال ينبغي تقييمها ووضع الأسس والمعايير التي يجب أن تقوم عليها. Abstract : : Recent developments in ICT have led to changes in the work of archive institutions. Electronic archiving is considered a leading area resulting from these developments. It aims to manage archival institutions in an electronic environment. As well as, Allows information to be preserved, sustainable, accessible, and available in the long term. Today, the development of practical policies and strategies for electronic archiving projects in the Arab world still faces many obstacles, although many experiences in the field exist. Therefore, projects must evaluate according to the appropriate standards. Keywords: applications; information and communication technology; archiving; electronic archiving. Résumé: Les récents développements des TIC ont entraîné des changements dans le travail des institutions d'archives. Cependant, l’archivage électronique est considéré comme un domaine phare résultant de ces évolutions, qui visent à gérer les institutions d'archives dans un environnement électronique. Ainsi, elle permet de conserver les informations, assurer leurs pérennités, facilité l’accès et les rendre disponibles à long terme. Aujourd'hui, le développement de politiques et de stratégies pour l’application de projets d'archivage électronique dans le monde arabe se heurte encore à de nombreux obstacles, malgré les progrès de de nombreuses expériences existantes. A cet effet, les projets doivent être évalués selon des normes et principes appropriées.
