الملخص
ملخص: يهدف هذا المقال في محتواه إلى مناقشة موضوع العملية التعليمية التي تستهدف في جوهرها واقع تعلم اللغة العربية لدى تلميذ المرحلة الابتدائية الذي يعد حجر الزاوية في العملية التربوية برمتها، ونعني هنا بالذكر نشاط القراءة الذي يعد الأهم في كل هذه العملية التي ترمي إليها المنظومة التربوية، وهنا نخص بالذكر ذلكم الضعف الملاحظ في مادة القراءة بمؤسساتنا، وعدم تمكن تلامذتنا من اكتساب ملكة اللغة العربية، التي تدرَّسُ في شتى العلوم وفي كل الأطوار التعليمية والذي يترك دوما تساؤلا ملحاً ومطروحا على شفاه كل الملاحظين لهذا الوضع المتدني الذي آلت إليه_مادة القراءة_ ومدى معرفة الأسباب أو الدواعي التي أدت إلى هذا التدهور الخطير وهل هذا التدني ناتج عن الأداء التربوي التعليمي أم مرده إلى أسباب أخرى غير هذه أم إلى التلميذ ؟ أم يعود إلى أداء المعلم أم هما معا ؟ أم يعود أصلا إلى تلك النصوص المقدمة للتلميذ ؟ أم إلى المنظومة التربوية برمتها ؟ولعل جزءا من هذه التساؤلات يجيب عنه هذا المقال المتواضع. Abstract: In its content, this paper aims to discuss the subject of the educational process, which in essence targets the reality of learning the Arabic language for the primary school student, which is the cornerstone of the entire educational process. We single out that the weakness observed in the reading subject in our institutions, and the inability of our students to acquire the faculty of the Arabic language, which is taught in various sciences and in all educational stages, which always leaves an urgent question raised on the lips of all observers of this low situation that has become – the reading subject – and the extent to which the reasons or reasons are known. Which led to this serious deterioration, and is this decline the result of educational performance, or is it due to reason sother than these, or to the student? Or is it due to the performance of the teacher, or both? Or is it due originally to those texts submitted to the student? Or to the educational system as a whole? Perhaps part of these questions will be answered by this modest paper.
