الملخص
ملخص: تحاول هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على ثقافة العيش المشترك من منظور الممارسة الديمقراطية، حيث أن الديمقراطية تجعل من فكرة العيش المشترك قيمة وسلوكا مدركا في نظم وقوانين الدول مما يساهم في تحقيق السلم والاستقرار داخلها، ذلك لأن الدول في عمق تشكلها ليست كلا سياسيا واجتماعيا وثقافيا منسجما، هذا الأمر الذي قد يؤدي في أحايين كثيرة إلى ظهور التصنيفات والصراعات التي ترهن فكرة الأمن في تفاعلات الدولة والمجتمع. لذلك فان فكرة التعايش السلمي وفلسفة العيش المشترك تشكل مقاربة هامة في فهم تجليات السلوكات الديمقراطية داخل الدولة، حيث تمثل الجزائر بيئة لمتغير الدراسة باعتبارها أحد أبرز الدول التي تتبنى نظاما ديمقراطيا بمضامين دستورية تهدف إلى إشاعة قيم حقوق الإنسان وتحصين المجتمع من مظاهر التفرقة والاحتراب والتباين المناطقي، بما يجعل من جهدها في ترسيخ قيم العيش المشترك حقيقة قابلة للقياس وفق منظور قانوني سياسي حسب دراستنا. Abstract:This study seeks to high light on the culture of coexistence from the perspective of democratic practice, as democracy makes the idea of coexistence a value and behavior realized in the systems and laws of states, which contributes to the achievement of peace and stability within their territory, because states, in the depth of their formation, are not a harmonious political, social and cultural entity. This may lead in many cases to the emergence of classifications and conflicts that depend on the idea of security in the interactions of the state and society. Therefore, the idea of peaceful coexistence and the philosophy of coexistence constitute an important approach in understanding the expressions of democratic behavior in the state, however, Algeria represents an environment for the variable of the study as one of the most prominent countries that adopt a democratic system with constitutional contents, aimed for disseminating human rights values and immunizing society from discrimination, antagonism and regional disparity appearances, Which makes its effort to consolidate the values of coexistence a measurable reality according to a legal and political perspective, according to our study.
