الملخص
تستعرض الدراسة مكانة الأسرة في ضوء الشريعة الإسلامية ومقاصدها، وأبرزت دور مقاصد الشريعة في حماية الأسرة وأثر ذلك على الاستقرار المجتمعي، وكذلك أبانت عن دور المؤسسات الدينية ممثلة في المسجد ومديريات الشؤون الدينية والأوقاف في حماية الأسرة، وأثر ذلك على المجتمع، وأوصت الدراسة بالعمل على إيجاد فضاء للتعاون بين مؤسسات البحث العلمي والمؤسسات الدينية من أجل حماية الأسرة وترقيتها لأداء دورها في بناء الفرد وإصلاح المجتمع. The study aims at spotlighting the status and the importance of the family in the light of Islamic law and its purposes, and highlights the role of the purposes of Islamic law in protecting the family and its impact on the stability of society. It also spotlights the importance of Islamic institutions such as the mosque and religious departments in protecting the family. It emphasizes in creating an atmosphere of cooperation between scientific research institutions and religious institutions in order to protect and promote the family to perform its role in building the individual and reforming society
