الملخص
الملخص: اتخذت الجمارك جملة من التدابير قصد تحقيق الإدارة المنسّقة والمستدامة للحدود، من خلال تكييف إجراءاتها بما يضمن التوافق بينها وبين أحكام الاتفاقيات الدولية التي صادقت عليها الجزائر، ومستعينة بالتوجيهات والمساعدات التقنية المقدمة من قبل المنظمة العالمية للجمارك، وتكريسها الممارسات الحسنة للحوكمة مع باقي الإدارات الجمركية العالمية عن طريق إبرام اتفاقات التعاون الإداري المتبادل من جهة، وتدعيم الشراكة والتعاون مع السلطات والوكالات الوطنية المتواجدة في الحدود، ومع المؤسسات الاقتصادية من خلال تفعيل نظام المتعامل الاقتصادي المعتمد، والاستعانة بالتكنولوجيات الحديثة والرقمنة لتكريس نظام الشباك الموحد، قصد تسهيل وتوحيد إجراءات الجمركة، من جهة أخرى، وهو ما من شأنه تحقيق الإدارة المنسّقة والمستدامة للحدود، وتجسيد أهداف التنمية المستدامة بمختلف أبعادها. Abstract: Customs has taken a number of measures in order to achieve a coordinated and sustainable management of borders, by adapting its procedures to ensure compatibility between them and the provisions of international agreements ratified by Algeria, using directives and technical assistance from the World Customs Organization, and dedicating them to good governance practices with the rest of global customs administrations through conclusion of mutual administrative cooperation agreements. And by Strengthening partnership and cooperation with the national authorities and agencies at the borders, and with the economic institution, by activating the authorized economic dealer system, and using modern technologies and digitization to establish a single window system, in order to facilitate and standardize customs procedures, which would achieve coordinated and sustainable management of borders, and embodiment of sustainable development goals in all its dimensions
