الملخص

ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع التعليم عن بعد (الافتراضي)، ضمن سياق ما يعرف بالعولمة التعليمية، في ظل الظروف الاستثنائية التي يعيشها العالم جراء تفشي جائحة كوفيد-19، لذا وجب على الدول وضع تدابير قابلة للتكيف ومتسقة تساهم في المحافظة على عجلة التنمية. حذت الدولة الجزائرية كباقي دول المعمورة في محاولة ترشيد الطالب الجامعي للتعامل العقلاني والرشيد للتقنيات الحديثة، من حيث التواصل و التعاطي مع المعلومات والابحاث، الحوار.. وغيرها، غير أن ذلك، لم يكن بالأمر سهل نظرا للتحديات الموضوعية والواقعية التي لا يمكن مجابهتها في وقت قصير، وفي ظـل غيـاب اسـتراتيجية استباقية مدروسـة وفاعلـة لحمايـة فـرص التعلـم وتحقيق جودته خلال هــذه الفتــرة، خاصة على مستوى الطلبة الجامعيين باعتبارهم مقبلين على الحياة العملية ، وهو حتما ما يأثر على مستوى الصالح العام. الكلمات المفتاحية: العولمة، التعليم الافتراضي، الجودة التعليمية، جائحة كورونا. Abstract: This research paper aims to address the reality of distance education)Virtual education) , In the context of educational globalization, In light of the exceptional circumstances the world is experiencing due to the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic , Which imposed on countries to put in place adaptive and consistent measures that contribute to maintaining the wheel of development.
