Analyse Du Secteur Bancaire Algérien : Un Secteur Mal-développé, Dans Une économie à Fort Besoin De Financement

Résumé
Dans le but d’analyser l’importance du secteur bancaire dans l’économie algérienne, nous avons réalisé cette étude qui vise à vérifier son implication dans le financement de l’activité économique du pays. Nous mettons également en exergue ses points forts et ses points faibles. L’étude a montré que le niveau de modernisation du secteur bancaire algérien reste faible et sa contribution dans le financement de l’économie algérienne est insuffisante. Le secteur bancaire privé reste également mal-développé et peu impliqué dans le financement. Enfin, les textes réglementaires défavorisent le financement et pénalise l’acte du banquier. In order to analyze the importance of the banking sector in the Algerian economy, we have conducted this study which aims to verify its involvement in the financing of the country's economic activity. We also highlight its strengths and weaknesses. The study showed that the level of modernization of the Algerian banking sector remains low and its contribution to the financing of the Algerian economy is insufficient. The private banking sector also remains underdeveloped and little involved in financing. Finally, the regulatory texts are unfavorable to financing and penalize the banker's act.
