الجهود العربية في توحيد المصطلحات اللغوية –إشكالية التعدد وضرورة التوحد-

الملخص
لا شكّ أنّ الاهتمام بالمصطلحية ضرورة لازمة لامناص منها، إذْ لا يمكن لأيّ علم أن يستقيم عوده وتعتدل جوانبه إلا بوجود جهازه الاصطلاحي ومعرفة دائرة اختصاصه، ومع التّطوّر الهائل الكثير الغزير الذي مسّ حقولاً معرفيةَ شتّى صحِبَه تقاطُر مصطلحات وافدة جديدة وجب احتضانها واحتواؤها والإلمام بها من خلال أسُسِ وَضْعِهَا، ومن هنا كانت الحاجة ملحّة إلى البدء بتأصيل علم المصطلح والبحث على امتداده الجذري التّاريخي وتطوّره عبر تعاقب الزّمن. وتحاول هذه الورقة البحثية تسليط الضّوء على بعض الجوانب من خلال المصطلحية عرضها وتحليلها، وأن يكون موضوعنا التفاتة إلى هذا العلم وما يعجّ به من قضايا، أبرزها قضية مصطلحه وتعدّده والجهود المتضافرة لتوحيده. وقد حاولنا ملامسة هذه الإشكالية باختيارنا العنوان الآتي: الجهود العربية في توحيد المصطلحات اللّغوية- إشكالية التّعدّد وضرورة التّوحّد وبالإجابة على التّساؤلات التّالية: ما المراد بعلم المصطلح؟ ما هي الأسباب الإبستمولوجية التي تقف خلف تعدّد المصطلح وتبايُنه؟ ما سُبُل توحيده؟ وما هي آليات ضبطه ؟ There is no doubt that the interest in terminology is an inevitable necessity, if no science can straighten its return and moderate its aspects except by the presence of its terminological apparatus and knowledge of its field of specialization, and with the huge and abundant development that touched various fields of knowledge accompanied by the influx of new incoming terms that must be embraced, contained and familiarized with through The foundations of their status and hence the urgent need to start rooting the science of terminology and research on its historical and radical extension and its development through the succession of time. This research paper attempts to shed light on some aspects through its presentation and analysis, and that our topic should pay attention to this science and its teeming issues, most notably the issue of its term and its plurality and the concerted efforts to unify it. We have tried to touch on this problem by choosing the following title: Arab Efforts in Unifying Linguistic Terms - The Problem of Criticism and the Necessity of Autism and by answering the following questions: What is meant by the terminology? What are the epistemological reasons behind the multiplicity of the term and its adoption? What are the ways to unify it? What are the mechanisms to control it?
