الملخص
نحاول من خلال هذا المقال إبراز أهم الأثار التي يمكن أن يرتبها حدوث الفساد وانتشاره، ومدى أهمية ذلك. حيث نتطرق في هذا المقال إلى أهم الأثار التي يمكن أن يخلفها الفساد، على تعددها وتنوعها على المستويين الوطني والدولي؛ من خلال عدة مقاربات؛ سياسية، واقتصادية، واجتماعية. وعلى اعتبار أن الفساد ظاهرة ممتدة، فمن المنطقي أن تكون لأثاره أبعادا دولية، لذلك رأينا من المناسب التطرق لها في هذا السياق من زاوية العلاقات الدولية ببعديها السياسي-الديبلوماسي والاقتصادي-التجاري، فضلا عن إبرازنا لهذه الأثار من زاويتي التنمية والاستثمار. لنخلص في الأخير إلى أن تحديد أثار الفساد يساعد على وضع السياسات الكفيلة بإيجاد الحلول والمعالجات المناسبة لها، Through this article, we are trying to highlight the most important effects that the occurrence and spread of corruption can cause, and the extent of its importance. In this article, we discuss the most important effects that corruption can have, despite their multiplicity and diversity at the national and international levels. Through several approaches; political, economic, and social. Considering that corruption is an extended phenomenon, it is logical that its effects have international dimensions, so we thought it appropriate to address it in this context from the angle of international relations with its political-diplomatic and economic-commercial dimensions, as well as highlighting these effects from the angles of development and investment. Finally, let us conclude that identifying the effects of corruption helps to develop policies to find appropriate solutions and treatments for it.
