الملخص

ملخص: يعد نصير الدين الطوسي من أهم علماء القرن السابع الهجري، ولقد كان له تأثير كبير في الحضارة العربية الاسلامية وخاصة في مجال علم الفلك وعلم الرياضيات، وكانت له مشاريع علمية كبيرة ساهمت في تطور العلوم العربية الاسلامية، ومن بين هذه المشاريع العلمية إنشاء مرصد بمراغة لرصد الكواكب والنجوم وهو المشروع الأهم الذي عمل عليه الطوسي، وتأسيس مجمع علمي يضم أشهر علماء عصره نبغوا في الرياضيات والهندسة وعلم الفلك والفلسفة، وفدوا من شتى أنحاء العالم الاسلامي وخارجه، وتشييد مكتبة ضخمة بالمرصد بلغت محتوياتها حوالي أربعمائة ألف كتاب، دفعت أموالا طائلة من أجل تجسيد هذه المشاريع وتسييرها، ولقد حققت هذه المشاريع نتائج هامة تمثلت في تقدم العلوم العربية الاسلامية وتطورها، وحفظ التراث العلمي من الاندثار، والرفع من مستوى العلم لدى طلبة المرصد وعلمائه، خاصة في ظل الصراع القائم آنذاك بين المغول والمسلمين. . Abstract: Nasir Al-Din Al-Tusi is considered one of the most important scholars of the seventh century AH. He had a great influence on the Arab-Islamic civilization, especially in the field of astronomy and mathematics and had large scientific projects that contributed to the development of Arab-Islamic sciences. Among these scientific projects was the establishment of an observatory in Maragheh to observe planets and stars, which was the most important project that Al-Tusi worked on. He also established a scientific complex that included the most famous scholars of his time who came from all parts of the Islamic world and outside it and excelled in mathematics, engineering, astronomy, and philosophy. He also constructed a huge library at the observatory which included about four hundred thousand books. These projects have achieved important results represented in the advancement and development of Arab-Islamic sciences, preserving the scientific heritage from extinction, and raising the level of scientific knowledge among the students and scholars of the observatory, especially in light of the conflict existing at the time between the Mongols and Muslims.
