الملخص

ملخص: إذا تأملنا واقعنا التعليمي فانه يعاني مشكلات وتحديات ، ولذلك يحتاج إلى تغيير وإصلاح وإعادة النظر في المنظومة التربوية وعلاج أوجه القصور و النقص، فنحن نعيش في الألفية الثالثة وما زلنا نفكر في نظام تعليمي تقليدي ولم نفكر في التطورات و التحولات التي داهمتنا من تحديات العولمة التربوية و ثورة المعلومات و الاتصالات وشبكات الانترنت. إن تعليمنا يكبت المواهب و القدرات للتلاميذ المتميزين والمتفوقين والمجتهدين، ولا يهدف تكوين الشخصية الإبداعية، لأنه نظام يركز على الحفظ و التذكر و التلقين، ومازالت مناهج التعليم تعتمد على المواد التعليمية الكثيرة تملئ بها رؤوس التلميذ دون أن يستفيد منها في الواقع الاجتماعي و المهني،وعليه نهدف من مقالنا هذا الكشف عن دور المدرسة في تنمية الإبداع من خلال مكوناتها (المدير، المعلم، المتعلم، طرق التدريس) والمعوقات التي تعترضها. Abstract: If we reflect of our educational reality, it suffers from problems and challenges, and thus it needs to change and reform the educational system and remedy shortcomings.we are living in the third millenniu and we are still thinking about atraditional educational system,and we have not thought about the developments that have impacted us ,including the challenges of educational globalization,the ICT revolution,and the internet.Our education suppresses the talents and abilities of outstanding pupils and is not aimed at creating a creative personality because it is a system focused on memorization , remembrance,and indoctrination. The curriculum of teaching continues to rely on the many teaching materials that fill the pupils heads without benefiting from them socially and professionally . In this article, we aim to reveal the school’s role in developing creativity through its components (principal, teacher, learner, and teaching methods) and the constraints it faces
