التعريف بالموهوبين والمتفوقين ضمن احدث التعريفات العالمية والعربية اشكالية المفاهيم المرتبطة بـ : الموهبة و التفوق Introducing The Talented And Academic Excellence Within The Latest International And Arab Definitions Concepts In Debate: Talent And Academic Excellence

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد المفاهيم الاجرائية المرتبطة بالموهبة والتفوق، وشملت عدة ابحاث ودراسات عربية واجنبية، وبعض المعاجم والقواميس الانجليزية والعربية، وتوصل الباحث الى ان مفهومي الموهبة والتفوق مفهومان متداخلان ومترابطان، حيث توجد مصطلحات مترادفة لمفهوم الطفل المتفوق Talentedو مصطلح الطفل الموهوب Gifted بالنسبة للترجمة (الانجليزية – العربية). اما بالنسبة للتعرفات المختلفة للمختصين في التربية وعلم النفس المعرفي و الدراسات السابقة المتنوعة، يمكن تمييز ثلاث اتجاهات رئيسية عند تناول المفهومين، فالاول يعرف الموهبة على انها استعداد فطري فردي، والتفوق يعرفه بانه مستوى التحصيل الاكاديمي المرتبط بالقدرات العقلية. والاتجاه الثاني يعرف الموهبة على انها استعداد فطري وراثي، اما الاتجاه الثالث فيرى ان الموهبة والتفوق مفهومان مترادفان. This paper aims to identify the procedural concepts related to talent and excellence. Therefore, to reach this purpose, it relied on, one hand, several Arabic and foreign studies, it used some English and Arabic dictionaries on the other hand, The study concluded that the concepts of talent and excellence are overlapped and interrelated, There are synonyms for the concept of the talented child and the gifted child according to their translation (English, Arabic). They are the most common in modern definitions. So, according to the different pedagogues and psychologists ‘definitions, and some previous studies, three main trends can be distinguished when dealing with the two terms. The first defines talent as an individual innate aptitude, and excellence defines it as the level of academic achievement related to mental abilities. The second trend defines talent as an innate and hereditary predisposition, while the third trend views that talent and excellence are synonymous concepts.
