الملمح النموذجي لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الملمح النموذجي لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية، وعلاقته بعملية التكوين التي يمر بها الأستاذ من مختلف مراحله و التي تعتبر عملية أساسية و ضرورية سواء في مرحلة التكوين الجامعي، و من خلال ما يتلقاه هذا الأخير من معارف نظرية و التي يمارسها في الميدان وهذا ما يسمى بالتطبيق الميداني ، و أجريت هذه الدراسة على عينة قصدية تتمثل في مجموعة من أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية للطور الثانوي لولاية الجزائر ( مقاطعة الجزائر شرق ، غرب، وسط )، إذ تتكون العينة من (30) أستاذ، كما أنه تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لكونه الأنسب لهذه الدراسة، وكذا قمنا باستخدام الاستبيان كأداة من أدوات البحث العلمي لجمع البيانات والمعلومات الخاصة بالدراسة، و تم حساب نتائجها باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية SPSS و ذلك لحساب النسبة المئوية، ك المجدولة، ك المحسوبة بهدف التوصل إلى نتائج قيمة تظهر من خلال الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية التي تختلف من فرضية جزئية إلى أخرى. كما اتضح في نتائج الدراسة أن ملمح أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية المكتسب أثناء فترة التكوين الجامعي يتم يدعم معارفه القبلية من خلال تدعيمه بتكوين بيداغوجي تحضيري للعمل الميدان. The study aimed to identify the typical profile of a professor of physical education and sports, and its relationship to the training process that the professor goes through from its various stages, which is a basic and necessary process, both at the university training stage, and through what the latter receives from theoretical knowledge that he practices in the field This is called field application, and this study was conducted on an intentional sample represented by a group of teachers of physical education and sports for the secondary phase of the state of Algeria for three provinces (Algeria province east, west, central), as the sample consists of (30) teachers Also, the descriptive approach was used because it is the most appropriate for this study, and we also used the questionnaire as a tool of scientific research to collect data and information for the study, and its results were calculated using the SPSS statistical package to calculate the percentage, as tabulated, as calculated in order to reach valuable results. They appear through statistically significant differences that differ from one partial hypothesis to another. It also became clear in the results of the study that the feature of the professor of physical education and sports acquired during the period of university training is supported by his tribal knowledge by strengthening it with a preparatory pedagogical training for field work
