الملخص

شكل موضوع الاستدامة في الفكر العمراني محور اهتمام عند أصحاب القرار و المختصين بالشأن التهيئة والتخطيطي العمراني، وبرز بشكل جلي وواضح في عملية التصاميم التي شهدتها المدينة خلال تطورها عبر العصور المتعاقبة والمختلفة ، غير أن الحديث عن عملية إدراجها في عمليات التخطيط العمراني تفاوتت من فترة إلى أخرى. هذا وبفعل التطورات التي شهدتها المدينة والتحولات التي مست البناء الاجتماعي في مختلف المجالات، أصبح محور الاستدامة احد المطالب الملحة، والاحتياجات الضرورية في عملية تهيئة وتنظيم المجال العمراني. ABSTRACT Thoughts a focus of attention for decision makers and specialist regarding urban planning and development and it emerged clearly in the design process that the city witnessed during its development though successive and different eras. However talk about the process of inclusion in urban planning processes savvied from one period to another. This is due to the developments in the city and the transformations that affected the social structure in various field. The axis of sustainability has become one of the urgent demands, and the necessary needs in the process of preparing and organizing the urban space.
