الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على علاقات الجزائر مع دول الساحل الإفريقي في المجال الإقتصادي تحديدا التجاري منها، وهذا بحكم موقعها الاستراتيجي الهام الذي مكنها على مر الفترات التاريخية من إقامة علاقات جد وطيدة معها هذا من جهة، وتعتبر الجزائر بوابة إفريقيا ونقطة انطلاق وعبور من وإلى بلدان الساحل الإفريقي من جهة أخرى. هذا ولم تمنع الظروف السياسية والعسكرية التي كانت تعيشها الجزائر وبلدان الساحل الإفريقي آنذاك من تغلغل وسيطرة واضحة للنفوذ الفرنسي وحتى الانجليزي - بالنسبة لدول الساحل الإفريقي-، من ربط الجزائر مع هاته الدول الإفريقية لا سيما صحراء الجزائر. وقد اختلفت مظاهر هذا التبادل من حضاري ليتعداها إلى الجانب السياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي وحتى الثقافي، ركزت في دراستي على الجانب الاقتصادي بحكم أن أغلب المصادر الأجنبية تحدثت عنه، لاسيما كتاب بول سولييه وكتاب ريتشارد صون. وخلص البحث في النهاية على تلك النقاط التي أوردها المؤلفان في كتابهما عن الحياة الإجتماعية والإقتصادية، وتركيزهما على مسار عمليات التبادل التجاري وأهم الطرق الصحراوية التي كانت تمر من خلالها القوافل التجارية، في عملية نقل واستيراد البضائع. This research aims to shed light on Algeria’s relations with the African Sahel countries in the economic field, specifically commercial ones, and this is due to its important strategic location, which enabled it, over the historical periods, to establish very close relations with it on the one hand, and Algeria is considered the gateway to Africa and a starting point and transit to and from African countries on the other hand. This did not prevent the political and military conditions that Algeria and the countries of the African coast were experiencing at that time from the penetration and clear control of French and even English influence - for the countries of the African Sahel - from linking Algeria with these African countries, especially the desert of Algeria. The manifestations of this exchange varied from civilized to the political, economic, social and even cultural aspect. The research concluded in the end on those points mentioned by the authors in their book on social and economic life, and their focus on the course of trade exchange operations and the most important desert roads through which commercial convoys passed through, in the process of transporting and importing goods.
