تبعات تحول الجزائر إلى دولة استقرار للمهاجرين الأفارقة

الملخص
إذا كان السعي طلبا للرزق هجرة والسعي طلبا للأمن هجرة، فإن ذلك يعني أن الهجرة بمختلف أنواعها هي حركة بشر وتفاعل قيم وحيوية علاقات تسهم جميعها في بناء نماذج لحضارات مختلفة، إلا أنه وبفعل ما نجم عن تدهور الأوضاع الأمنية والاقتصادية في الكثير من الدول الإفريقية جعل الهجرة تتحول من مجرد ظاهرة بشرية اجتماعية بالدرجة الأولى مست الكثير من دول العالم وبشكل كبير منطقة شمال إفريقيا إلى أزمة فعلية خلقت تهديدات وتوترات بين الدول، حيث تحاول هذه الورقة البحثية معالجة ظاهرة توافد المهاجرين الأفارقة إلى الجزائر وجعلها موطن استقرار لهم. If the quest for livelihood is migration and the quest for security is migration, then this means that migration of all kinds is a movement of human beings, an interaction of values and the vitality of relationships, all of which contribute to building models for different civilizations. However, as a result of deterioration of the security and economic conditions in many African countries, migration turned from a mere human and social phenomenon in the first place that affected many countries of the world and significantly the North Africa region into a real crisis that created threats and tensions between countries. Where this research paper attempts to address the phenomenon of the influx of African immigrants to Algeria and make it a home for them to settle.
