الملخص
نحاول من خلال هذه الورقة العلمية البحثية أن نعرج على تداعيات تطور ظاهرة تعاطي المخدرات والوقوف على واقعها بالجزائر، من خلال تكشف الأرقام والإحصائيات الخطيرة التي أصبحت تصبغ المجتمع الجزائري بمختلف فئاته العمرية، من خلال البحث في خلفيات تفشيه وأسباب تداعي ظواهر الإدمان، وما يمكن أن يخلفه من ظواهر مجتمعية خطيرة، مع ضبط الآليات والحلول الممكنة لتحسيس مختلف الفئات العمرية بأخطاره وإمكانية التفادي، باعتبار هذه الظاهرة خطرا على الأمن الصحي للمواطن والأمن المجتمعي والقومي عموما. Abstract: This research paper deals with the repercussions of the development of the drug abuse phenomenon and its reality in Algeria. This is through revealing the dangerous numbers and statistics that have become staining the Algerian society in all its age groups. For this purpose, the background of its spread and the reasons for the collapse of addiction phenomena, and the dangerous societal phenomena that can be left behind, are examined. In addition, mechanisms and possible solutions have been adopted to sensitize different age groups to its dangers and the possibility of avoiding it, considering this phenomenon a threat to the health security of the citizens and to the community and national security in general.
