الملخص
تتعدد الوسائط الجديدة نتيجة التطور التكنلوجي الهائل الذي وصلت إليه البشرية لتضعنا في بيئة اتصالية مغايرة عن البيئة التقليدية وتحدد لنا نمطا جديدا في عملية التواصل .تهدف هذه الورقة العلمية إلى تحديد خصائص و سمات الوسائط الجديدة ، وتفكيك أبعاد البيئة الاتصالية الجديدة التي فرضتها هذه الوسائط الجديدة . حيث أنها مكنت من تحقيق الاتصال التقني الافتراضي التفاعلي المتزامن من خلال بيئة اتصالية تتميز باستخدام التكنلوجيا و الانترنت ومجموعة من التطبيقات أدت إلى تجاوز الوسائل التقليدية إضافة الى التأثير على دور وسائل الإعلام و الاتصال التقليدية وعلى محتوى العملية الاتصالية . There are many new media as a result of the tremendous technological development that humanity has achieved to place us in a communicative environment different from the traditional environment and define for us a new model in the process of communication. This scientific article aims to define the characteristics and characteristics of new media, and to dismantle the dimensions of the new communicative environment imposed by these new media. As it has enabled the realization of simultaneous interactive virtual technical communication through a communication environment characterized by the use of technology and the Internet and a set of applications that have led to bypassing traditional means in addition to affect the role of traditional media and communication and affect the content of the communication process.
