الملخص
ملخص: قد يُعرّف الإنسان للتمييز عن الحيوان بالكائن الاجتماعي، أو الحيوان الناطق والعاقل، ولكنه ثقافياً، هو ذلك الكائن الذي يطبخ طعامه، فالانتقال من حالة الطبيعة لحالة الثقافة استدعت وجود الطبخ كهُويّة خصوصية للإنسان. ومن هنا يكمن الاهتمام الانثروبولوجي بالطبخ وتاريخه في المجتمعات القديمة والحديثة، فالاهتمام بهذه الثقافة لا يتجزأ عن الاهتمام العام بالتفاصيل اليومية للشعوب والتي من بينها المجتمع النايلي والمعروف بخيمته الحمراء، والتي يطبخ تحتها من الأكلات الشعبية والمعروفة في كثير من الأحيان بجانبها الصحي، وهذا ما قد يميزه عن باقي المجتمعات . Abstract: Man may be known to distinguish from the animal as the social being, or the talking and sane animal, but culturally, it is that being that that that creature that cooks its food, so the transition from the state of nature to the state of culture necessitated the existence of cooking as a special identity of man. Hence the anthropological interest in cooking and its history in ancient and modern societies, as the interest in this culture is inseparable from the general attention to the daily details of peoples, among which is the Nile society, known for its red tent, under which it is cooked from popular foods and often known for its healthy side, and this may distinguish it from other societies.
