الملخص

تعتبر الجامعة أحد الأنساق الفاعلة في تنمية وتقدم المجتمعات لذلك كان لزاما عليها السعي لتحقيق فعالية أدائها بإرساء سياسات تسييرية متطورة وفي ظل سلطة رشيدة، حيث أن الدور الأكبر يكون للموظف الإداري وما يملكه من سلطة، لذلك ستهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على مظاهر سلطة الموظف الإداري لجامعة الجلفة والعوامل الأكثر تأثيرا عليها والبحث في العلاقة بين سلطة الموظف الإداري لجامعة الجلفة وما تحمله من انحرافات تنظيمية وسلوكية وقانونية، جماعية وفردية وفعالية أداء الجامعة.The university is considered one of the active forms in the development and progress of societies, so it had to strive to achieve the effectiveness of its performance by establishing sophisticated management policies and under rational authority, as the greatest role is played by the Administrative Officer and his authority.therefore, this study will aim to identify the manifestations of the authority of the Administrative Officer of the University of djelfa and the most influential factors and to research the relationship between the authority of the Administrative Officer of the University of djelfa and its organizational, behavioral and legal deviations, collective and individual and the effectiveness of the University's performance.
