قراءة تحليلية لقانون أخلاقيات الشرطة

الملخص
ملخص: من مظاهر تحضر الشعوب هو إحترام القوانين والأنظمة التي تسعى الدولة لإنفاذها عليهم بواسطة أعوانها التنفيذيين وعلى الخصوص مصالح الأمن بشكل عام وموظفي الشرطة بشكل خاص وعلى هؤلاء إحترام مبدأ حقوق وحريات الأفراد بما يضمن المساواة بينهم وتكريسا لهذا المبدأ تم إستحداث نظام لأخلاقيات مهنة الشرطة في الجزائر. إن الغرض من هذا النظام هو أنسنة العمل الشرطي وجعله أكثر تناسبا وتلاؤما مع مختلف العهود والمواثيق الدولية ذات الصلة بحقوق الإنسان ونبذ التمييز العنصري بين مختلف شرائح المجتمع الواحد على نحو يضمن معاملة شرطية في إطار إحترام القانون وتحقيق العدالة ذلك أن نظام أخلاقيات الشرطة في جوهره هو تكريس لمختلف المبادئ التي تحكم الحرية والمساواة وتوقع على موظفي الشرطة الشعور بالمسؤولية إتجاه الغير بمناسبة أداءهم لعملهم. Abstract: One of the manifestations of the civilization of modern peoples is the respect for the laws and regulations that the executive authority seeks to enforce on citizens. The appearance of urbanization increases to be more harmonious when security interests in general and police officials in particular are subject to the principle of respecting the rights and freedoms of individuals in a manner that guarantees equality and in consolidation of these principles, a system of ethics for the police profession has been introduced in Algeria. The purpose of this system is to humanize police work and make it more commensurate and compatible with various international covenants and charters related to human rights and to reject racial discrimination between the various segments of the same society in a w ay that guarantees police treatment in the framework of respect for the law and the achievement of justice. Principles that govern freedom and equality and impose on police officials a sense of responsibility towards others in the performance of their work.
