الملخص
الملخص: تعد لوحة ترقيم المركبة من بين تجهيزاتها المثبتة على هيكلها فهي وسيلة للتعرف على المركبة من حيث النوع، الصنف، سنة أول إستعمال للسير والولاية المسجلة بها وفي الغالب ما تحمل كل مركبة لوحتي تسجيل واحدة أمامية والأخرى خلفية بمواصفات محددة. ونظرا لكثرة المركبات وتنوعها وتسهيلا لمراقبة وتتبع حركتها عبر الطرق خص المشرع كل نوع وصنف منها بمواصفات معينة تسهل على الأعوان المؤهلين قانونا لمراقبتها ومعرفة هوية مالكيها من خلال ملف قاعدي ممسوك على مستوى مكتب حركة السيارات بكل بلدية. ABSTRACT: The vehicle numbering plate is among its equipment installed on its chassis, in addition to being a means of identifying the type of vehicle, the year of its first use for traffic and state in which it is registered. In most cases, each vehicle carries two registration plates:one front and the other rear with specific specification. In the view of the large number of vehicles and the diversity of their types and sizes in order to facilitate monitoring and tracking of their movement across the road, the legislator assigned each Type and category of these vehicle with special specifications that distinguish them from others and make it easier for legally qualified agents to monitor them and know the identity of their owner through the basic file kept at the level of vehicle movement office each municipality.
