ملخص: طبيعة نشاط تسيير حافظة القيم المنقولة يتطلب معرفة متخصصة وخبرة و مهارات محددة من الوسيط المسير الذي يتعامل عادة مع المستثمرين-المبتدئين و المحترفين -، وتجد علاقة الزبون صاحب الحافظة بمدير تسييرها أساسها في عقود الوكالة وتخضع من حيث المبدأ للقواعد العامة التي تحكم هذه العقود، إلا أن خصائصها المميزة والطبيعة الخاصة لها دعت إلى إخضاعها لقواعد خاصة تتجسد في القوانين والأنظمة واللوائح والتعليمات المتعلقة بسوق القيم المنقولة. Abstract: The nature of the activity of managing a portfolio of transferred values requires specialized knowledge,and specific experience from the managing broker, who usually deals with investors - beginners and professionals -, the relationship of the clientholding the portfolio whith the manager of its management is based on agency contracts and is in principle subject to the general rules governing these contracts , but their distinctive characteristics and special nature called for subjecting them to special rules embodied in laws, regulations and instructions related to the market of transferred values.
