إستراتيجيات عالمية في ترقية نظام الرعاية الصحية الشاملة في ضل جائحة كورونا - الصحة الرقمية نموذجا-

الملخص
من منطلق أن الصحة حق أساسي من حقوق الإنسان تعمل جل دول العالم على إعمال الحق في الصحة و ترقية خدمات الرعاية الصحية الشاملة من خلال عدة أساليب و طرق ، مثل وضع سياسات صحية ، بناء مؤسسات و مراكز صحية تطوير الخدمات الصحية ، استحداث نظم جديدة تتماشى مع التطورات التكنولوجيا على غرار الصحة الرقمية ، و قد أثبتت الظروف الأخيرة لاسيما خلال جائحة كورونا أهمية الحفاظ على الرعاية و التغطية الصحية الشاملة و توسيع نطاقها ، و ضرورة التحول نحو استخدام تطبيقات الصحة الرقمية المستجدة كألية لمواجهة تداعيات هذه الجائحة ، و في هذا المجال سعت جل دول العالم إلى وضع خطط و استراتيجيات تهدف إلى تطوير الرعاية الصحية الشاملة بما تتماشى مع الظروف التي شهدها العالم مؤخرا من وباء كورونا. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان أهم الاستراتيجيات العالمية في ترقية و تطوير خدمات الرعاية الصحية الشاملة ، و الصحة الرقمية كآلية لمجابهة وباء كورونا دون أن ننسى وضع الجزائر في هذا السياق rom the premise that health is a basic human right, most countries of the world are working to implement the right to health and promote comprehensive health care services through several methods and methods, such as developing health policies, building health institutions and centers, developing health services, creating new systems that are in line with Technological developments such as digital health, and recent circumstances, especially during the Corona pandemic, have demonstrated the importance of maintaining and expanding comprehensive health care and coverage, and the need to shift towards the use of emerging digital health applications as a mechanism to confront the repercussions of this pandemic, and in this field, most countries have sought The world has to develop plans and strategies aimed at developing comprehensive health care in line with the conditions the world witnessed recently from the Corona epidemic. This study aims to show the most important global strategies in the promotion and development of comprehensive health care services, and digital health as a mechanism to confront the Corona epidemic, without forgetting the situation of Algeria in this context.
