الملخص
تسلط هذه المداخلة الضوء على واقع التراث اللامادي لمنطقة بشار، الذي يزخر بكم هائل يعكس أصالة مجتمعه وارتباطه الحضاري، وتأكيدا على هويته المتجذرة مما جعله يتميز وطنيا وإقليميا. ولأن هذا التراث يخرج عن كل ما هو مادي أكثر عرضة للزوال، والحفاظ عليه لا يعني مجتمعا بحد ذاته، وإنما هو تراث الإنسانية جمعاء. أصبح من الضروري إيجاد آليات مرنة للمحافظة عليه هذا من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى تطبيق استراتيجيات لاستغلاله في تحريك عجلة التنمية بالمنطقة. ففيما تكمن جهود منطقة بشار للحفاظ على تراثها اللامادي؟ وما هي الخطط المستقبلية لجعله يسير في خط التنمية المستدامة والحفاظ على الهوية الوطنية؟ This interventi on sheds light on the status-quo of the intangible heritage in Bechar. This heritage is abundant and reflects the originality and civilization of its society in addition to confirming its deeply-rooted identity; this made it regionally and nationally distinct. This heritage is not material and, thus, not subject to disappearance. Its preservation is not the responsibility of one specific society; rather, it is the humanity’s. It is necessary to find flexible mechanism to preserve it and to adopt strategies that allow us to take advantage of it in boosting the region’s economy. Thus, we should ask: How can Bechar preserve its intangible heritage? What are the future plans to include it in the sustainable development projects and to preserve the national identity?
