مدى اسهام الذكاء الروحي بالإفصاح الوجداني لدى معلمي تحفيظ القرآن الكريم في محافظات الجنوب

الملخص
سعت الدراسة الحالية للكشف عن مدى اسهام الذكاء الروحي بالإفصاح الوجداني لدى معلمي تحفيظ القرآن الكريم في محافظات الجنوب، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي التنبؤي، تكونت عينة الدراسة الميدانية من (388) معلماً ومعلمة، من أفراد الدراسة المتمثل (451) معلما ومعلمة. تم ترجمة مقياس الذكاء الروحي (Design And Validation of The Spiritual) لصاحبه Canales & Huaman, 2020)) وتم ترجمة مقياس الإفصاح الوجداني(The Art of Seif- Disclosue) لصاحبه (Ravichander & Black,2018)، وتم التحقق من خصائصهما السيكومترية من صدق وثبات بعد ترجمتهما، أشارت نتائج الدراسة أن الذكاء الروحي يتنبأ بما مقدراه (2%) من الإفصاح الوجداني، ولا يوجد هناك فروق في الذكاء الروحي والإفصاح الوجداني تعزى لكل من متغيري الجنس وسنوات الخبرة، وبناء على نتائج البحث فقد تم الخروج بعدد من التوصيات ومنها: الاهتمام بالذكاء الروحي لدى معلمي تحفيظ القرآن الكريم نظرا لأهميته في تحسين الإفصاح الوجداني لديهم. The current study aimed to reveal the predictive ability of spiritual intelligence by emotional disclosure among teachers of the memorization of the Noble Qur’an in the southern governorates, and the descriptive analytical predictive approach was used. The Spiritual Intelligence Scale (Design And Validation of The Spiritual) was translated by its owner (Canales &Huaman, 2020)), and the Affective Disclosure Scale (The Art of Seif- Disclosue) was translated by its owner (Ravichander& Black, 2018), and their psychometric properties were verified for the validity of And stability after translating them, the results of the study indicated that spiritual intelligence predicts an estimated (2%) of emotional disclosure, and there are no differences in spiritual intelligence and emotional disclosure due to each of the variables of gender and years of experience. Attention to the spiritual intelligence of the teachers of the memorization of the Holy Qur’an due to its importance in improving their emotional disclosure.
