الوقف اللازم والوقف التعسفي في القرآن الكريم ـ دراسة تداولية ـ ـ Necessary Waqf And Arbitrary Waqf In The Qur’an - A Delibrative Study -

الملخص
يصبو هذا البحث إلى الوقوف على بعض المباحث التداولية في التراث العربي الزاخر، وذلك من خلال تحديد مواضع الوقف والابتداء في آيات القرآن الكريم، والتي تخضع في تبيينها إلى مقاصد المجتهدين والسياق الذي وردت فيه، كما أنها تهدف إلى إيصال معنى معين إلى المستمعين. وقد وقع الاختيار على نوعين من الوقف وهما: الوقف اللازم والوقف التعسفي، فبيَّن البحث المقاصد التي رامها العلماء من وراء هذين النوعين. وكان من أهم نتائج هذا البحث أن الوقف من القرائن الضرورية التي بها يتحدد ويتضح المعنى، ويُدفع بها اللبس في معاني التراكيب، كما أنه ليس كل ما أجازته قواعد اللغة يجوز الوقف عليه، وإنما العبرة بالاحتكام إلى السياق والمقام الذي وردت فيه الآية. The present research paper aims to showcase the rich referenced Arab heritage that falls within the framework of the pragmatic-deliberative approach. This is achieved by defining the positions of the Waqf, and the start of the verses of the Qur’an, which are subject, in their clarification, to the purposes of the diligent scholars, and their context which aims to convey a certain meaning to the listeners. The choice fell on two types of waqf, namely: the necessary waqf and the arbitrary waqf. The research shed light on the aims behind through the results which indicate that the waqfs are necessary clues by which the meaning is determined, clarified, and structural confusion is pushed away, and that not all the grammatical rules of the language allow the Waqf.
