الملخص
نسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على نموذج المدن الذكية، مع الإشارة إلى بعض التجارب الناجحة في مجال المدن الذكية ودورها في تفعيل السياحة البيئية من اجل إرساء تنمية مستدامة. وأدى التطور التقني الذي رافق القرن العشرين إلى ظهور مجتمع من نمط جديد يعتمد اعتماداً متزايداً على المعرفة والتقنيات الرقمية، وقد تطور مفهوم المدينة نتيجة لهذا التطور الاجتماعي الحاصل، وظهرت عدة تسميات للمدن المعتمدة على التقنيات كالمدن الرقمية، والإلكترونية، والافتراضية، والمعرفية، والذكية، وأهم ما تم التوصل إليه أن ما يميز المدينة الذكية عن غيرها من المدن هو تركيزها على توفير بيئة رقمية صديقة للبيئة ومحفزة للتعلم والإبداع تسهم في توفير بيئة مستدامة، وتسهم في زيادة دعم السياحة بشكل كبير، فالمجتمعات الذكية بيئة جاذبة للسياحة. We seek through this study to identify the smart city model, with reference to some successful experiences in the field of smart cities and its role in activating the eco-tourism in order to establish sustainable development. Led technical development, who accompanied the twentieth century to the emergence of a community of a new pattern depends increasingly knowledge-based and digital convergence technologies, has evolved the concept of the city as a result of this social development taking place, featured several labels for cities based on digital technologies such as cities, electronic, and virtual, and knowledge, and smart, but What distinguishes smart for other cities the city is focused on providing environmentally friendly and conducive for learning and creativity in the digital environment contribute to the provision of a sustainable environment, and contribute to increased tourism support dramatically, smart societies an attractive environment for tourism.
