الملخص

. تتطرق هذه الدراسة الى مسألة إن المشاركة السياسية ودروها في بناء التنمية المحلية وفق معادلة الحكم الراشد حيث أصبحت من أساسيات الفعل الديمقراطي التشاركي في زمننا الحالي، إذ لا يمكن الحديث عن الديمقراطية التشاركية دون التعرض للمشاركة السياسية لأفراد المجتمع، فقد أصبحت هذه الأخيرة ضرورية لإرساء قواعد المجتمع الديمقراطي من جهة، ووجه يعكس لنا العملية الديمقراطية التشاركية في شقيها الايجابي والسلبي من جهة أخرى، كما تعتبر المشاركة السياسية مؤشر ومقياس النجاح بالنسبة للعملية الديمقراطية، وكما أن الديمقراطية التشاركية هي عملية مركبة من مجموعة من العناصر،فإن المشاركة السياسية كأحد عناصرها هي كذلك عملية مركبة لها عناصرها الأساسية التي لا يمكن الاستغناء عنها أو إهمالها. . This study addresses the issue of political participation and its role in building local development according to the equation of good governance, as it has become one of the basics of participatory democratic action in our current time, as it is not possible to talk about participatory democracy without exposure to the political participation of community members, as the latter has become necessary to establish the rules of society. Democratic on the one hand, and a face that reflects to us the participatory democratic process in its positive and negative aspects on the other hand, and political participation is considered an indicator and measure of success for the democratic process, and just as participatory democracy is a complex process of a group of elements, political participation as one of its elements is also a complex process. It has its basic elements that cannot be dispensed with or neglected.
