الملخص
ملخّص: لقد حاول ابن كمال باشا في كتابه «تغييير التنقيح» أن ينحو منحى التّجديد في التّأليف الأصولي، حيثُ لم يسِر فيه على طريقة الشّروح المعهودة التي تقوم على مجرّد توضيح عبارة المصنّف وتبيين الغامض منها والتّمثيل لها أحيانًا لاسيما في زمن الجمود الفكري الذي كثُرت فيه الشّروحات والحواشي على الكتب وتكرار المعلومات من غير أثر يظهر فيه نوع تجديد وتحديث، وتهدف هذه الدّراسة إلى إبراز ملامح ومعالم التّجديد في التّأليف الأصولي الذي حاول ابن كمال باشا الوصول إليه، وذلك بعد طرح بعض الإشكالات، وهي: ما هو المنهج والمنحى التجديدي الذي سلكه ابن كمال باشا في كتابه «تغيير التنقيح»؟ وما هي سمات ومظاهر هذا التجديد في التّأليف الأصولي عنده؟ Abstract: Ibn Kamal Pasha tried in his book “Taghyir El Tankih” to take the path of renewal in fundamentalist authorship, as he did not follow the usual method of explanations that are based on merely clarifying the phrase “The Workbook” and clarifying the ambiguous ones and representing them sometimes, especially in a time of intellectual stagnation in which commentaries and footnotes abounded. On books and the repetition of information without a trace in which a type of renewal and modernization appears, and this study aims to highlight the features and landmarks of renewal in the fundamentalist composition that Ibn Kamal Pasha tried to reach, after posing some problems, namely: What is the approach and the innovative approach that Ibn Kamal Pasha took In his book " Taghyir El Tankih "?
