الملخص

يتحدث البحث عن عالم من أعلام التفسير الفقهي الجزائريين المغمورين. يتناول تعريف معنى التفسير الفقهي وأسسه (من أحكام العبادات والمعاملات) وكذلك ترجمة الشيخ ابن ادريسو، ثم يقدم دراسة لمخطوطه ومنهجه في تفسير القرآن الكريم.كان لمنهجه العام في تفسير السورة قاعدة، وأسلوبا محددّا. أما منهجه في التفسير فكانت له عناية شديدة بالأحكام الفقهية علاوة على تفسير القرآن بالمأثور، والاهتمام بعلوم القرآن والتعرض للمسائل الكلامية دون تعصب. إلا إن تفسيره لم ينجو من الإسرائيليات والإطناب والاستطراد. كان قليل الاهتمام بالمسائل اللغوية والنحوية والبلاغية، غير أنه كان مهتما بالشعر.كان كذلك مهتما بمسائل متفرقة مثل تقسيم التفسير إلى تنبيهات وتعريف بعض الأمور الشرعية اصطلاحا، كما كان يكثر من الترغيب والترهيب . The research paper discusses one of Algeria's little-known scholars in the field of Quranic jurisprudense interpretation. It defines the meaning of Jurisprudense interpretation and its foundations (religious observances and dealings rulings). It offers also, a biography of the scholar, and a study of his manuscript. His general approach in the interpretation of a Surah has a rule and a specific style of his own. It consists of taking extra care of jurisprudence rulings in addition to interpreting Quran based on transmitted interpretations as well as dealing with Quranic sciences and principles of the faith controversies with impartiality. His interpretation was neither free of the Israelites [Isra'iliyyat] nor was it verbiage or digression free. He did not give much importance to linguistic, grammar or eloquence issues although he was keen on poetry. Nevertheless, he was attentive to different issues such as dividing interpretation into notifications, defining the terminology of Islamic law in addition to using, abundantly, the encouragement and warning approach.
