الملخص
عرفت السّنوات الأخيرة هجمة شرسة من طرف الغرب على مقدّسات الإسلام، إذ نراهم يطعنون في مقدسات الدّين الإسلامي و رموزه، وذلك تحت ثوب ما يسمونه بحرية الرأي والتعبير، ومثال ذلك ما تمّ مؤخرا من طعن فرنسا في شخصية نبيّنا محمّدصلى الله عليه وسلم، من خلال الرسومات المسيئة، وهذا بقصد تحطيم القدوة لدى شباب المسلمين، ومحاولة تشويه صورة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لهز شخصيتهم وجعلهم ينهزمون نفسيا، وليثيروا الشّك في أنفسهم تجاه دينهم، ممّا يجعلهم يبتعدون عن الإسلام، ويقتدون بالغرب في كل ّشيء، وهذا ما يسهل للغرب غزوهم والسيطرة عليهم ثقافيا واقتصاديا وسياسيا وعسكريا، ونظرا لخطورة الأمر رأيت أن أتناول مداخلة بعنوان:آليات مكافحة إساءة الغرب للنّبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ، وذلك من خلال معالجة الإشكال الآتي:كيف نواجه إساءة الغرب لنبينا صلى الله عليه وسلم؟ فيما تكمن آليات محاربة المساس بشخصية النّبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ؟ وقد عالجت الإشكالية من خلال هذه الخطة: مدخل فيه التعريف بمصطلحات البحث: الإساءة والمقدّسات الإسلامية وحرية التعبير وخمسة مباحث كالآتي: أوّلا:صور الإساءة إلى الأنبياء في الفقه الإسلامي. ثانيا بيان كيفية إساءة الغرب للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم. ثالثا:صور الإساءة للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم الموجودة في قانون العقوبات الجزائري. رابعا : آليات مكافحة إساءة الغرب للنّبي صلى الله عليه وسلم. خامسا: موقف التّشريع الجزائري من جرائم الإساءة للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وشعائر الإسلام. Abstract: Recent years have seen a vicious attack by the West on Islam's sanctuaries. We see them challenging the sanctities of the Islamic religion and its symbols, in the dress of what they call freedom of opinion and expression. For example, France has recently challenged the character of our prophet Muhammadullah. Through offensive sketches, this is to break role models among young Muslims, And trying to distort the Prophet's image to shake their personality and make them psychologically defeat and to cast doubt on themselves towards their religion, thereby keeping them away from Islam. This makes it easier for the West to invade and control them culturally, economically, politically and militarily, and given the gravity of the matter, I have seen an intervention entitled: Mechanisms to combat the West's abuse of the Prophet Prayer of God on Him, by addressing the following problems: How do we confront the West's abuse of the Prophet of God's Peace and Blessings? What are the mechanisms for combating infringement of the Prophet's character? The problem has been addressed through this plan: Introduction to research terms: abuse, Islamic sanctities, freedom of expression and five investigations, as follows: First: Images of abuse of prophets in Islamic jurisprudence. Second, indicate how the West abuses the Prophet's peace and blessings. Third: Images of abuse of the Prophet's peace and blessings found in the Algerian Penal Code. IV: Mechanisms for combating the West's abuse of the Prophet Peace be upon him. Fifth: Algerian legislation's attitude towards the crimes of abuse of the Prophet PBUH and the rites of Islam
