درء خطاب الكراهية بين الواقعية والمثالية Preventing Hate Speech Between Realism And Idealism

الملخص

يتناول الموضوع "درء خطاب الكراهية بين الواقعية والمثالية" وفق منهج وصفي تحليلي نقدي يعرض نظريات التصدي لخطاب الكراهية، وما يغلب على تناوله من مثالية تتجاوز الواقع وتتجاهله، وبيان أهمية تناول هذا الموضوع تناولا يراعي الواقع والتحديات، ويستدعي الثوابت والمتغيرات، بغية الإسهام في رفع التحديات النظرية والعملية التي تكرس خطاب الكراهية، ووضع تصور عملي ممكن التطبيق في ظل الظروف الراهنة، يتناول العوائق تناولا موضوعيا، ويعرض الحلول القابلة للتطبيق عمليا، من خلال بيان مصادر خطاب الكراهية، وتسمية الأشياء بمسمياتها، واستشراف ما ينبغي أن يكون من جهود لدرء هذا الخطاب. Abstract: The topic deals with “Preventing Hate Speech between Realism and Idealism” according to a descriptive, analytical and critical approach that presents theories of addressing hate speech, and the idealism that transcends and ignores reality, and demonstrates the importance of addressing this topic in an approach that takes into account reality and challenges, and calls for constants and variables, in order to contribute to raising challenges. The theory and process that perpetuates hate speech, and develops a practical vision that can be applied under the current circumstances, addresses the obstacles objectively, and presents practically applicable solutions, by stating the sources of hate speech, naming things by their names, and anticipating what efforts should be made to ward off this speech.
