التوسع العسكري الصيني في أفريقيا: الواقع و التحديات

الملخص

تمتلك الصين مكانة دولية محترمة، تجعلها دولة محورية في العلاقات الدولية، وهي تراهن على الانتقال من التواجد الاقتصادي ونجاح الاستثمار، إلى الانتشار العسكريّ والقوة، غير أنّه ليس من السهل عليها دخول الأسواق الإفريقية، في ظلّ المنافسة الدولية الشديدة، مما يقتضي دورا صينيا أكثر فعالية لمواجهة هذه المنافسة والتهديدات المحتملة لها. تحاول هذه الدراسة البحث حول استراتيجية الصين في إفريقيا في ضوء استمرار الهيمنة الأمريكية على الصعيد العالمي، وكيف تقدّم بيجين نموذجها للعلاقات الدولية التعاونية مع الدول الإفريقية، والسعى للانتشار وامتلاك القوة في الجهة المقابلة. Abstract:China has a respected international position, which makes it a pivotal country in international relations and it is betting on the transition from economic presence and investment success, to military deployment and strength, but it is not easy for it to enter African markets, in light of intense international competition, which requires a more effective Chinese role. To counter this competition and potential threats to it. This study attempts to research China's strategy in Africa in light of the continued American hegemony at the global level, and how Beijing presents its model of cooperative international relations with African countries, and seeks to spread and acquire power on the opposite side.
