القارة الإفريقية بين طموح التوسع الصيني وتحدي التموقع الأمريكي.

الملخص
منذ نهاية الحرب الباردة وبروز النظام الدولي الجديد سعت الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في فرض تواجدها في عدة مناطق و قارات بالعالم و عبر عدة أصعدة، إلا أن هذا الأمر لم يتحقق بسبب التنامي المستمر والمتصاعد والمتزايد للصين ومكانتها على الساحة الدولية، وهذا بفعل تزايد نشاطها و توسعها وهذا ما زادها وزنا سياسيا في مكانتها الدولية مما أصبحت معادلة اقتصادية في العديد من المناطق بالعالم خاصة في القارة الإفريقية التي أصبحت بدورها تنافس الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بشكل مباشر، وهذا ما جعلنا نبحث في هذه الورقة عن موقع ومكانة القارة الإفريقية في أجندة الصين و أمريكا سياسيا، اقتصاديا و عسكريا، من خلال البحث عن أهمية القارة بالنسبة للقوتين الأمريكية الصينية و أسباب التوجه الأمريكي نحو القارة إفريقيا، ودراسة علاقة الصين الجديدة بالقارة وصولا للتنافس الأمريكي الصيني للقارة الإفريقية. Since the end of the Cold War and the emergence of the new international order, the United States of America has sought to impose its presence in several regions and continents of the world and across several levels,However, this matter was not achieved due to the continuous, escalating and increasing growth of China and its position in the international arena.This is due to the increase in its activity and expansion, and this has increased it political weight in its international standing, which has become an economic equation in many regions of the world, especially in the African continent, which in turn has become a direct competitor to the United States of America. This is what made us discuss in this paper the position and position of the African continent on the political, economic and military agenda of China and America, by searching for the importance of the continent for the American-Chinese forces and the reasons for the American orientation towards the African continent, and studying the new relationship of China with the continent to the American-Chinese competition for the African continent.
