الملخص
This article aims to approach the novel of "Mudawanat Al Itirafat wa Al Asrar" by "Salah Eddine Boujeh" from the perspective of "G.Genette", textual transcendence theory in order to determine that the text does not originate from emptiness, but from other relations it establishes with precedent texts or contemporary ones. The novel, in this study, interacts with the heritage within an experimental process in order to modernize the structure of the novel and keep its roots at the same time by violating the traditional forms of expression, looking for a perspective of a modern novel that is able to create interaction between a product and the heritage, which is brought by a creative awareness that discards repetition and detests cloning
