الملخص

يبحث هذا المقال في ملامح الفكر السّياسي لشاه ولي الله الدهلوي، أحد أبرز علماء الهند في القرن الثامن عشر، والذي استمر تأثيره الفكري في الأوساط الإسلامية حتى يومنا هذا، وعلى الرغم من اسهاماته الفكرية والحضارية إلا أنّ أفكاره في الفقه السّياسي بقيت محجوبةً عن الدّراسة والبحث. تكشف القراءة التحليلية لكتابات الإمام الدهلوي عن منهجه الفكري والذي ناقش من خلاله العديد من المسائل السياسية في عصره، كنظام الملك والخلافة الإسلامية، كما يرصد هذه المقال ما ذهب إليه الدهلوي في التعريف بنظام الملك، وذلك من خلال عرض صفات الملك العادل وأعوانه والوظائف المنوطة بهم، لينتهي بعدها للحديث عن النظام الإسلامي العالمي والذي تجسد عنده في نظام الخلافة الإسلامية، اهتم في كتابته بتحديد مفهوم الخلافة وتوضيح أقسامها وكيف تم الانتقال من مرحلة الحكم الراشد إلى الملك العضوض، كما تكشف هذه الورقة عن ميزة الخلفاء الراشدين ودلالة خلافتهم عند الدهلوي والتي تسهم بشكل كبير في فهم السياق السياسي الإسلامي الذي يخضع في المقام الأول للمصلحة المنوطة بالشرع وفق آلية الوصل بالأصل والتي تواكب كل عصر ومصر. Abstract: This article examines the main features of the political thought of the 18th century Indian scholar, Imām Shāh Walī Allāh Al-Dahlawī, whose intellectual influence in Islamic circles has continued to this day. And Despite of his intellectual and civilizational contributions, his ideas in political jurisprudence(Al-Siyāsa al-Shar‘iyya have remained hidden from study and research. The analytical reading of his the writings reveal a unique intellectual approach through which he discussed many political issues of his time. Such as the monarchy system of rule which introduce in his works by displaying the various attributes of the just king and his aides and the many duties required to carry out. This article also bring into prominence the concept of the international Islamic system, which for him, embodied in the Islamic caliphate, not to mention his discussion on the different types of the caliphate as well as his scrutinization of the transition of the ruling system and power (from the Caliphate to the kingship . It is the task of this article to also reveals the privilege of the Righteous Caliphate and the significance of their ruling, which contributes significantly to understanding the Islamic political context, that is subjected primarily to the interests assigned by Sharia, and in way that agrees with a particular mechanism which can be accommodated in every era and metropolis
