التزوير الانتخابي للإدارة الاستعمارية من خلال انتخابات الجمعية الجزائرية ورد الفعل الوطني. 1948-1951

الملخص
يهدف هذا المقال إلى التطرق إلى الانتخابات التي شهدتها الجزائر، في أعقاب تأسيس المجلس الجزائري( l'assemblée algerien ) افريل 1948م، بموجب القانون الخاص بالجزائر 20سبتمبر1948م،وانتخابات فيفري1951م،والى الدور الذي لعبته السلطة الاستعمارية في تزوير هذه الانتخابات عبر مراحلها المختلفة، حيث سعت الإدارة الاستعمارية منذ ظهور هذا المجلس إلى الوجود، إلى محاولاتها المتكررة إلى عرقلة الانتخابات والحيلولة دون وصول النواب المسلمون الجزائريون، إلى الحصول على مقاعد لهم في هذا المجلس،وذلك من خلال عمليات التزوير والغش الذي مارسته، سواء في مكاتب التصويت من خلال ملئ صناديق فارغة مسبقة بأصوات الموالاة ، أو من خلال عرقلة وصول بطاقات المترشيحن إلى مكاتب الاقتراع،بالإضافة إلى ممارسة عمليات القمع والتخويف والاضطهاد، ضد أنصار ممثلي الأحزاب الوطنية المشاركة في هذه الانتخابات،ومن خلال تتبعي للمنهج التاريخي واستقرائي للمصادر والمراجع وصلت إلى نتيجة مفادها، أن التزوير الانتخابي في انتخابات المجلس الجزائري عملية مدبرة لها من قبل السلطة الاستعمارية ومن الحاكم العام نايجلان، سعيا منه دون أن يكون للجزائريين ممثلين في المجلس الجزائري. الكلمات المفتاحية: التزوير،الانتخابات،النواب،الحركة الوطنية،الإدارة الاستعمارية،المجلس الجزائري. Abstract : This article aims to adressé the élections that Algeria witnessed, following the establishment of the Algerian Council (l'assemblée algerien) of April 1948, under the law of Algeria, September 20, 1948, and the elections of February 1951, and the role played by the colonial authority in rigging these elections through various stages, where the colonial administration has sought since the emergence of this Council To exist, to its repeated attempts to disrupt the elections and prevent the access of Algerian Muslim MPs, to obtain seats in this Council, through the fraud and fraud practiced, both in the polling stations by filling the empty boxes beforehand By obstructing the access of candidates' cards to the polling stations, in addition to practicing repression, intimidation and persecution, against the supporters of representatives of the national parties participating in these elections, and by following the historical and extrapolative approach to the sources and references, reached the conclusion that electoral fraud in elections The Algerian Council is an orchestrated operation by the colonial authority and the Governor-General Nigelan, in pursuit of which the Algerians do not have representatives in the Algerian Council. Résumé Cet article a pour but de traiter des élections auxquelles l'Algérie a assisté, à la suite de la création du Conseil algérien d'avril 1948, de la loi algérienne du 20 septembre 1948 et des élections de février 1951, ainsi que du rôle joué par les autorités coloniales dans l'organisation de ces élections à différentes étapes, où l'administration coloniale a cherché depuis la création de ce Conseil. Exister, à ses tentatives répétées pour perturber les élections et empêcher l'accès de députés algériens musulmans, pour obtenir des sièges à ce Conseil, grâce à la fraude et à la fraude pratiquées, à la fois dans les bureaux de vote en remplissant au préalable les cases vides En entravant l'accès des bureaux de vote aux cartes des candidats, en plus de la répression, de l'intimidation et de la persécution, à l'encontre des partisans des représentants des partis nationaux participant à ces élections, et en suivant l'approche historique et extrapolative des sources et des références, a conclu que la fraude électorale était une fraude électorale Le Conseil algérien est une opération orchestrée par les autorités coloniales et le gouverneur général Nigelan, pour laquelle les Algériens n'ont pas de représentant au Conseil algérien.
