جرائم دولة إسرائيل في حق الفلسطينيين و القانون الدولي (1947-2007)

الملخص
ملخص: لم يشهد التاريخ بمختلف مراحله القديمة والمعاصرة ، مثيلا لحجم الإجرام الذي يتعرض له الشعب الفلسطيني على يد دويلة وجيش الكيان الصهيوني المحتل في فلسطين المحتلة منذ إعلان وعد بلفور سنة 1917م وإلى يومنا هذا ، فقد سجل التاريخ لنا سلسلة من الجرائم المختلفة ، من إبادة جماعية وتقتيل وتهجير ومصادرة للأراضي والأملاك ، وانتهاك للمقدسات الدينية ، وكل ذلك أمام أعين الشرعية الدولية ومنظمات حقوق الإنسان ورعاة الديموقراطية في العالم. سنعرض في هذا المقال أمثلة عن أهم تلك الجرائم الإسرائيلية في حقى الفلسطينيين والآثار المترتبة عنها ، ومدى خرق تلك التجاوزات والجرائم للأعراف والقوانين الدولية المعمول بها. الكلمات المفتاحية : فلسطين، إسرائيل ، الجرائم ، القانون الدولي ،الصهيونية Abstract : History, in its various stages, both ancient and contemporary, has not witnessed the scale of crime that the Palestinian people are exposed to at the hands of the occupying Zionist entity in occupied Palestine . In this article, we will show examples of these crimes against Palestinians and the effects there of, and How they violate established international norms and laws. Rusumé : L'histoire, à ses divers stades, anciens et contemporains, n'a pas été témoin de l'ampleur du crime auquel le peuple palestinien est exposé aux mains de l'entité sioniste occupante en Palestine occupée. La violation des saintes religieuses, le tout sous les yeux de la légitimité internationale. Dans cet article, nous montrerons des exemples de ces crimes contre les Palestiniens et leurs effets, et comment ils violent les normes et lois internationales établies
