الملخص

ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز معرفة دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين اتخاذ القرار بمؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بولاية عنابة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إعداد وتصميم استبانة متكونة من (37) مفردة في مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بولاية عنابة، تم توزيعها على الإطارات، رؤساء الاقسام والمصالح وأعوان التحكم. ولتحليل هذه البيانات تم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS V24، وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن تكنولوجيا المعلومات من أهم الوسائل التي توفر المعلومات اللازمة لحل المشكلات، كما سهلت عملية الاتصال، التنسيق وتبادل المعلومات بين مختلف الأقسام والمصالح والمحيط الخارجي، فضلا عن كونها تساعد على توفير المعلومات الدقيقة، الملائمة والكافية في الوقت المناسب وعلى النحو الذي يساهم في تحسين عملية اتخاذ القرارات. Abstract: The study aims to highlight the role of information technology in improving decision-making in the Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation in the state of Annaba. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting of 37 items was prepared and designed in the Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation in the state of Annaba, it was distributed to the tires, heads of departments, and control agents. To analyze this data, the SPSS V24 statistical package for social sciences was used, and one of the most important conclusions of the study is that information technology is one of the most important means that provides the necessary information to solve problems. It also facilitated the process of communication, coordination and exchange of information between various departments and external environment, as well as helping to provide accurate, appropriate and sufficient information at the right time, in a way that contributes to improving the decision-making process.
