صدى العقيدة الأشعرية في نوازل الغرب الإسلامي - نوازل ابن رشد الجد "ت 520هـ" نموذجا-

الملخص
تتناول دراستنا مسألة بداية تداول العقيدة الأشعرية في الغرب الاسلامي، استنادا إلى واحد من المصادر النوازلية خلال القرن 6ه/12م للقاضي ابن رشد الجد والموسوم بـ "فتاوى ابن رشد الجد"، والتي تضمن ثلاث نوازل فقط من بين عشرات الفتاوى، ودراستنا تعتبر محاولة لتأصيل انتشار العقيدة في الأشعرية في الغرب الاسلامي انطلاقا من كتب النوازل، مركزين على انتقال الأشعرية إلى الغرب الاسلامي، وظهور واشتغال الفقهاء بعلم الكلام، وعن علاقة الأشعرية بالمذاهب الفقهية خاصة المالكية، ومكانة علم الكلام في العقيدة الأشعرية، وعليه فاستخراج تلك النوازل ودراستها تمثل إضافة معرفية للبحث التاريخي، لأهميتها من الناحية الزمنية والفكرية والعقدية في الغرب الاسلامي Our study deals with the issue of the beginning of the circulation of the Ash'ari faith in the Islamic West, based on one of the Nawazili sources during the 6th century AH / 12th century AD by Judge Ibn Rushd the grandfather and entitled "Ibn Rushd's Grandfather Fatwas". The book included only three out of dozens of fatwas and our study is an attempt to root the spread of The Ash'ari Creed in the Islamic West, based on the books of calamities. Focus will be on the transfer of Ash'ari to the Islamic West, the emergence and engagement of jurists with theology. The paper also deals with the relationship of Ash'ari with jurisprudential schools, especially the Maliki schools. , and the place of theology in the Ash'ari faith. The extraction and study of those calamities would represent an addition to the historical research. , due to its importance from the temporal, intellectual and doctrinal point of view in the Islamic West
