الملخص

يتناول هذا البحث موضوع التدابير المتعلقة بالحماية الصحية للثروة الحيوانية المنتجة لما يعرف بالمنتوجات الوطنية ذات أصل حيواني، حيث تسعى الدولة الى استغلال وتثمين ما تزخر به من ثروات أخرى عدا الثروة البترولية خصوصا في هذا الظرف بالذات وهذا تماشيا مع الاستراتيجية الاقتصادية الجديدة المنتهجة المبنية أساسا على تطوير الانتاج الوطني وتنويعه، حيث تعد الثروة الحيوانية أحد أهم هذه الثروات التي يمكن للجزائر الاعتماد عليها من أجل تحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي بالنسبة للمنتجات ذات الأصل الحيواني وتصديرها في مرحلة أخرى. وقد توصلت في هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج نذكر منها : - الحماية الصحية للثروة الحيوانية هو تدبير محوري مهم من أجل تطوير وتكثيف المنتجات ذات الأصل الحيواني . - هذه المنتجات تنطبق عليها وصف منتوج وطني لما تقدمه من قيمة مضافة مؤكدة للاقتصاد. This research deals with measures related to health care for livestock producing what is known as national products of animal origin, the state seeks to exploit and progress all of other wealths, except the oil wealth, especially in this particular circumstance, and this is according to the new economic strategy adopted to develop national production And its diversification. Livestock is one of the most important wealth that Algeria depends on to achieve self- sufficiency for products of animal origin and to export them at another stage .. This study reached a set of results, including: Health protection for livestock is an important measure for developing products of animal origin . - These products can be described as An national ive product because of its additional value provided to the economy.
