الملخص
إن تطوّر شكل الحرب عبر التاريخ من الحجارة والرماح وصولًا إلى القنابل النووية والهيدروجينية، ينذر بالقول: إن من لا يدرك جيداً تغير طبيعة وعصر وسلاح المعركة القادمة ويسارع بالحصول عليه وتطويره، سوف ينتهي به الأمر مهزوماً تابعاً لغيره ضعيفاً بين الأمم، وكلما ازدادت الدول علماً وتقدماً ازدادت معها القدرة التدميرية للأسلحة المستخدمة، لأن سلاح الحرب القادمة سوف يكون أقوى وأبشع من القنابل النووية والهيدروجينية، فالجنود المقاتلون في هذه المعركة هم من الروبوتات والدرون، والأسلحة عبارة عن شفرات وفيروسات وديدان مبرمجة، لا يتعدى حجمها بضعة كيلوبايتس، ولكنها قادرة على إحداث تأثير يفوق في قوته الأسلحة التقليدية. فلقد أدّى تحول الفضاء الإلكتروني إلى أكبر ساحة للتفاعلات الدولية لبروز العديد من الأنماط التوظيفية السلبية له، سواءً على صعيد الاستخدامات ذات الطبيعة المدنية أو العسكرية، الأمر الذي جعل هذا الفضاء مجالا للصراعات المختلفة، سواءً للفاعلين من الدول أو غير الدول بغية إحداث أكبر قدر من النفوذ والتأثير السيبراني Abstract: The evolution of the form of war throughout history, from stones and spears to nuclear and hydrogen bombs, foretells that he who is not well aware of the change in the nature, era and weapon of the upcoming battle and rushes to acquire and develop it, will end up defeated, subservient to others, weak among nations, and as nations become more knowledgeable and advanced. With it, the destructive power of the weapons used has increased, and the weapon of the next war will be stronger and uglier than nuclear and hydrogen bombs. The soldiers fighting in this battle are robots and drones, and the weapons are programmed codes, viruses and worms, the size of which does not exceed a few kilobytes, but they are able to make an impact that exceeds in His strength is conventional weapons. The transformation of cyberspace into an arena for international interactions has led to the emergence of many employment patterns for it, whether in terms of civilian or military uses, which has made this space a field for various conflicts, whether state or non-state actors to acquire the greatest amount of influence and cyber influence.
