الملخص
تسعى الدراسة إلى البحث في واقع العلاقات العربية الإفريقية في ظل الأوضاع الراهنة التي تمر بها المنطقة وهو ما يستوجب البحث في التحديات الجديدة المطروحة التي تقف حاجزاً أمام مؤسسات الدولة في المنطقة العربية الإفريقية وإقليميا من خلال المستجدات والسجال المطروح لمناقشة أهم العوامل التي قد تؤثر في تطور العلاقات العربية-الإفريقية في ظل المنافسة المحتدمة بين الدول المتقدمة والقوى المعدلة لها والتي تثير التوتر بين العرب والأفارقة في ظل متغيرات إقليمية ودولية جارية ومتنوعة الأمر الذي يحتاج إلى حلول،ولإكتساب مكانة في تكتلات المجتمع الدولي من خلال إمكانية لتفعيل حجم التفاعلات خصوصا في ظل وجود مؤسسات التعاون المشترك . The study seeks to examine the reality of Arab-African relations in light of the current conditions that the region is going through, which requires research into the new challenges that stand in the way of state institutions in the Arab-African region and regionally through the developments and the debate presented to discuss the most important factors that may affect the development of relations Arab-Africanism in light of the fierce competition between developed countries and the forces modifying them, which raises tension between Arabs and Africans in light of current and diverse regional and international changes, which requires solutions, and to gain a position in the blocs of the international community through the possibility of activating the volume of interactions, especially in the presence of cooperation institutions joint. key words: Arab-African relations, challenges, current conditions, international competition, mutual cooperation approach.
