الملخص
ملخص: تحكم العلاقات الدولية عدة متغيرات تؤثر فيها سلبا أو إيجابا، حيث تمثل المدركات الاستراتيجية في هذا الإطار المعيار العام الذي تقاس على أساسه تأثيرات الفاعل الخارجي على مصالح أي دولة، عن طريق الملاحظة والتحليل والتناظر من أجل التفسير والتنبؤ، وهي تمثل طبيعة وإدارة التأثير على العلاقات بين الأفراد والجماعات والدول بما في ذلك الكيانات الاقتصادية أو الاجتماعية أو السياسية، والظروف الملائمة المحيطة بالتفاعلات التي تجعل من هذه العلاقة أن تتطور أو العكس، وفي هذا الإطار تدخل إدراكات فرنسا كمنظور استراتيجي تجاه الجزائر، نظرا للمكانة التي تحتلها الجزائر والتي تمنحها التميز والاهتمام لدى صانعي القرار الفرنسي. Abstract: International relations are governed by several variables that affect them positively or negatively, as strategic perceptions in this framework represent the general criterion on the basis of which the effects of the external actor on the interests of any country are measured, through observation, analysis and analogy for interpretation and prediction, and it represents the nature and management of influence on relations between Individuals, groups and states, including economic, social or political entities, and the appropriate conditions surrounding the interactions that make this relationship develop or vice versa. In this context, France’s perceptions enter as a strategic perspective towards Algeria, given the position occupied by Algeria in its local, regional and international framework, which It gives it distinction and interest among French decision makers.
